WAG TRENDZ ® PET RETAILER WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS


Terms & conditions for all distributors, dealers, resellers, and retailers.

 

General Requirements

 

  • We require all potential distributors, dealers, and retailers in the US to create an account by submitting the necessary information requested herein.

  • We accept a copy of your State Reseller Certificate or business license, as we cater to pet-related businesses only.

  • We have a $100 minimum order requirement.

  • We require advanced payment for all orders to ensure that we can continue to provide excellent service.

  • We do not allow sales through eBay or any similar auction website, nor do we allow Amazon sellers.

  • You may use images of our products on your website or other marketing material as it relates to Wag Trendz® branded products only.

  • If you wish to sell Wag Trendz® branded products on any website other than your own, you must be pre-approved.

 

Payment Method

 

  • Wag Trendz® accepts all major credit cards, as well as personal or company checks. Please note that your order will ship once your check clears.

  • We do not offer term payments.

 

Shipping & Handling

 

  • We ship all orders via UPS Ground and/or USPS. Please email wholesale@wagtrendz.com to inquire about expedited services.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.

  • Orders under $500.00 incur a $5 handling fee, in addition to shipping charges (actual published rates). 

  • Backorders are cancelled unless we receive notification.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

 

  • Please inspect your items upon receipt as we only accept returns for defective items.

  • Defective items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original and unused condition.

  • If we send the wrong product (size/color/style), Wag Trendz® team will exchange the items for the correct product at no additional cost to you. If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it for you provided the product is still in its original and unused condition, but you will incur the cost.

  • All returns must be approved by a Wag Trendz® team member via email. Please make sure to indicate the return # on the package for accurate processing.

  • All seasonal items, such as Christmas items, are not returnable.

  • If you do not meet any of these requirements, we will assess a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price.

 

MAP Guideline (Minimum Advertised Price Guideline)

 

  • Our MAP guideline aims to maintain the desirability of Wag Trendz® Products as unique, high quality, and desirable.

  • Retailers shall not advertise any Wag Trendz® Product at a discount in excess of 15% off the applicable MSRP.

  • This MAP guideline applies to all advertisements of Wag Trendz® Products in any and all media, mail order catalogs, internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage.

  • Wag Trendz® does not intend to do business with retailers who degrade the image of Wag Trendz® and its products.

  • Failure to abide by this guideline, intentionally or repeatedly, will result in the following: (a)forfeiture of volume discounts and rebates, and (b) termination of distributer and reseller authorization and access to products.

 

The MAP guidelines only concern advertised prices and in no way does it relate to the actual sale price of any items. All retailers are free to sell products at the price they elect. The MAP guidelines have been established to protect the reputation of Wag Trendz® products and to maintain desirability of the superior design and quality of Wag Trendz® products.
