You are welcome to checkout as a "guest" during the checkout process.  

However, we highly recommend that our customers create an account. Without an account, you are unable to view your order information and history from our website. From our experience, this can be frustrating to our customers when they are unable to locate a specific order for reference.

It depends. If there are products that you enjoy and love we recommend that you share these products with as many people as possible. We are driven by our customers' demands. In other words, if the product is in high-demand and we run out-of-stock we will re-stock those products.

In turn, when products are in low-demand they will need to be phased-out to make room for new products and collections. In such cases, we will not re-stock those products.

We offer multiple ways to ensure our customers order the correct size for their pup. We offer size charts on each product page. Size charts do vary from product to product so it’s important to verify your dog’s measurements on each product ordered. We also offer measurements and size worn on our model dogs for additional reference at the bottom of our size charts.


Additionally, if you are still concerned about sizing please feel free to contact us with your dog’s neck, chest, and back length and we will be happy to verify the sizing prior to placing your order. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. See our Return Policy FAQ or our Returns Policy for additional information.  

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. As such, we offer a 30-day return policy provided that your item(s) is eligible for return(s). “Custom” products are not eligible for return. If your product is considered “custom”, it will be notated in the product description.

All returns must be approved, in the original packaging, unused, with the tags on, and free of any pet hair/dander. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.

To begin a return, we kindly ask that you utilize our return page here. Original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are looking to exchange your products for a different size. We ask that you go through the return page here and request an exchange with the new size. As soon as your exchange is approved, you will get a return label to return the wrong size. Once the product is received, the correct size will be sent to you. Please don't hesitate to reach out about sizing. We are here to help you get the perfect size for your dog.

We do offer various discounts and discount codes throughout the year. We recommend our customers to join the Wag Trendz pack and “subscribe” to our email list so that our customers receive exclusive sales and offers as well as the first to know about our sales and promotions. The best part is you will receive your first discount code just for subscribing by utilizing the pop-up on our website or the sticky tab on the right side of the screen.

Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout**. If you forget to apply the code or the code doesn't apply for some reason, price adjustments/refunds/credits will not be issued. 

Discount codes or sale promotions are not retroactive and price adjustments/ refunds/ credits will not be issued if an order is placed prior or outside of any promotion.

Yes, most definitely. We protect the security of all sensitive information transmitted to us with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

During payment processing and also within other secure areas of our website this secure layer encrypts the information you provide to us such as passwords and credit card details. Our website is hosted by Shopify and is PCI compliant.

Because we respect your privacy and are appreciative of your business and the trust you have placed in us, at no stage (other than to complete a delivery) will we provide any account information, email, contact or other personal information to any third party vendors or service providers other than those who provide us our analytical data such as Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.

In order to get the best estimate on shipping, place your selected items in your cart and enter your information as if you are going to checkout. It will then provide you with shipping options. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and it's based on weight, shipping location, and product size.

We believe in assisting our customers as much as possible and frequently offer free shipping on orders equal to or greater than a stated, before tax amount. Additionally, we may offer flat rate shipping on orders less than the free shipping minimum which can also be visible during checkout.

Since we are a small business, we can’t always offer these amazing deals but we like to provide our customers with as much flexibility as possible without compromising our quality and service to you.

Once you have confirmed the package states “delivered” via your tracking information in the Wag Trendz shipping email sent but unable to locate the package, follow the steps below in order to help locate the package: 

In the event that your mail courier is not your regular courier, the package may have been left on another doorstep, wrong mailbox, at the back door, in the bushes or somewhere you are not expecting. Be sure to check all these areas before moving to step 2. You would be surprised how many times step 1 solves the problem. Contact your local post office directly. This is the post office in your area or closest to your physical address. They are most familiar with your couriers and address. Secondly, you can contact the USPS Customer Care Center at1-800-275-8777. Ask to speak with the head postmaster or manager on duty. You will need the tracking number, so have that handy from your Wag Trendz shipping email. At this point the USPS will confirm where the package is or if in fact it is missing. They can also provide you with guidance on your next steps in locating your package. If determined missing by USPS and 7 days have passed from the day that your package should have been delivered, you will need to go to MissingMail.USPS.com and type in your tracking information. This initiates an investigation and the postal inspectors begin to work on finding the package you are missing.

Wag Trendz currently ships to the United States.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Since we are a small business we do not maintain large amounts of inventory as a result we strive to produce and prepare most orders within 3-5 business days as most of our apparel is custom designed and made-to-order. Please note that due to low inventory, products may be ordered when purchased. In the event this happens your product could take up to 15 days to ship.

Products ship from the United States and typically arrive within 7-10 days after shipment. A tracking number will be provided.
