Dog collars are made of a durable woven nylon which is soft to the touch. Your dog will love the padded neoprene interior which is resistant to mold or smell when exposed to sweat, water or other outdoor elements. The dog collar has a heavy-duty polymer 4-point safety buckle, super easy to care for and the bold contrasting stripe looks sophisticated for everyday wear.
Your dog will also love the soft adjustable harness not just for looks but for the functionality of it. The adjustable harness comes with two points of leash attachment for training and safety. Made with water-repellant neoprene and breathable mesh for durability and comfort making it easy to care for. The dog adjustable harness sports four reflective strips for visibility and safety.
The dog leashes pair perfectly with the dog collars and harnesses. The comfort leash is made from a durable woven nylon which is soft to the touch and comfortable in your hand. The leash features a dual sided contrasting print, a heavy-duty clip for safety and an additional heavy-duty d-ring to hold your poo bag holder and a poop buddy for used poop bags.

"Measure Twice, Order Once"
For the most accurate size for your pet, measure the chest just behind the front legs which should be the widest part of your dog's mid-section with a cloth tape measure. Measure your pet's neck at the base (where a collar would sit). You want the cloth tape to be snug but not tight for both the chest and the neck. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, a piece of string, yarn, or thin rope will work and then measure with a rigid ruler afterwards. A good rule of thumb, is measure with enough room for two fingers widths between your pet's chest and the measuring device for maximum comfort.
Hand wash & lay flat to dry OR
Place the clothes, harness, collar or leash inside a mesh garment bag or tied pillow case. Machine wash on DELICATE in COLD water. Lay flat to dry, do NOT tumble dry.
Once completely dried, clothes can be fluffed in the dryer for a couple of minutes to soften.
For items that are eligible, return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order though our return portal. Your return must be approved (via e-mail) prior to shipping the merchandise back. Once your return is approved, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping label. A flat shipping rate of $4.50 will be deducted from the total refund amount once the return item is received.
Please note: original shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, with the tags on, and free of any pet hair/dander. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Once the item is received by our returns department, give us 3 - 7 business days (not including holidays and weekends) to process your return. We will email you to let you know it has been processed and the amount that has been placed on your account.
